He really didn't crawl until 10 months. At about 8 months, I had to make a conscious effort to set him down more -- and, to make sure Kaia set him down more :). She is so fun with him. All the kids love him and all the kids love to hold him...but, Kaia just ADORES him. And, he adores her right back. But, with all this familial love directed at our little guy -- he has taken longer to move around. Because he hasn't had to :)! He's always got someone willing to tote him!
Travis had really been trying to get him to crawling. I tried to keep reminding Travis that it was all well and good for him to support it; but, that I am the one who has to chase him all day and watch him...so, I wasn't in any hurry for our baby E to be too mobile ;).
The past few days, his crawling has exploded. It's been so fun to watch him realize he can do things and start to pull himself up (not standing yet). It's not been as much fun to see all the stuff there is for him to get into and to clean up after him ;). But, that's okay. I forgot how much fun this stage is!
These first ones are Ephraim during his first week...
I just LOVE baby yawns!!
Then, we have these that were all taken yesterday when he turned 11 months old.
Oh, how I love my blue-eyed little shrimp ♥♥
You can see that he has his two bottom teeth in...He is such a character. He has the most unique and delightful giggle EVER. Nobody can hear it without grinning :)
He is loving that he can move around and chase the cat now :).
Luckily, she tolerates it fairly well! And, luckily she is de-clawed ;)
